Describe what happened, your device model, iOS or browser version, whether you were playing solo or multiplayer, and any error message. Screenshots are optional; remove other players’ identifying information first. Never send passwords, room PINs, invitation links or room access tokens.
Start playing
Choose How to play for the tutorial. Use the skating joystick to move, Call to request the puck, and Shoot to shoot. On desktop, the default passing key is Space and the shooting key is S. Locker Room contains player size, skating speed, Hockey IQ and goaltending controls.
Play with friends
The owner creates a room and shares its invitation. A guest opens the link, chooses a nickname and asks to join. The owner approves admission between rallies. Keep the owner’s game open while playing. The owner can remove players through the room controls.
Connection problems
Check your internet connection and return to the game if the phone was locked or another app was opened. If the room has expired or the service restarted, ask the owner to create a new invitation. Browser players should refresh to load the latest version.
Report inappropriate behaviour
Leave the room if needed. The owner can remove a player and the room PIN will change. Contact support with a description of the issue and approximate time, without sending other players’ personal information. There is no public matchmaking or chat in this version.
Local preferences and scores
Player size and other preferences are stored on your device. Scores → Clear my scores removes your local score history. The privacy notice explains room data and other local storage.
